Welcome to The Coffee Cactus, I'm so glad you came! My name is Morgan King, I am 23 years old, and I am the owner of this little coffee corner. This business started back in 2017 in an itty-bitty coffee trailer. That's right, a mobile coffee cart, originally named 160 Degrees! It took some time, and a lot of hard work but eventually I was able to upgrade out of my small trailer to a less small trailer. I changed the name to something that fit in better with the region and the people. I also just really love cacti and coffee, so here we are, The Coffee Cactus! I ran my new trailer for a few years and traveled to places and events that I never even imagined I could make coffee at. But as time passed, I needed to expand again but was looking for something more permanent and not on wheels. An opportunity popped up to share a building with a bakery, what more could you ask for? I mean coffee and cake, come on! Building my corner in the bakery was running smooth, until the good ole Rona hit. That's right, COVID-19 was new and it was ruining businesses all over the country. We were already half way through construction so the best thing to do was to finish the job, and hopefully get ready to open for business. Our opening day was April 14th, 2020. 

Owning a business at such a young age has taught me so many humbling life lessons. Building this coffee shop from the ground up requires a lot out of a person but I am so proud of what I have created. It is obvious to me that my customers are my biggest fans and I appreciate every single sale from every one of them. 
These last few years of business have been incredible and our community here in Ontario has supported me the whole way.  Coffee Cactus is booming and I am so glad you are here to see it happen.
